Booking Terms
Arrival:
On arrival we ask that guests arrive no earlier than 2.00pm (unless otherwise arranged). Full settlement of accommodation charges is requested on the day of arrival.
Departure:
We ask our Guests to vacate their room by 10.30am.
Payment:
Payment of the balance is requested on the day of arrival. We can accept most Credit Cards excluding American Express
Accepted methods of payment: Cash, debit card, Visa, Solo, Mastercard, Delta.
Deposits:
A deposit of £15.00 per person, per night is required to confirm your booking. These are non-refundable. Full settlement of accommodation charges is requested on the day of arrival. In the event of cancellation less than two weeks prior to the arrival date, the management reserve the right to charge two thirds of the quoted tariff. Accepted methods of payment: cash, debit card, Visa, Solo, Mastercard, Delta.
